Carolina is new to the early childhood profession, but as a mother of two, she knows what it takes to work with children. She has developed strong skills in communication, patience, and creativity, all of which allow her to connect with children of different ages and backgrounds. She focuses on creating a positive, engaging, and supportive environment which allows children to develop their social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills at their own pace.  

Carolina has a very supportive and united family. They are always there for one another. "Working here, I feel much calmer with my children". Carolina loves that her children can come to the daycare after their school day is over and when they need to be picked up early. Knowing she has a plan for her children makes her much more relaxed during the day so that she can focus on working and having fun with the children in her care. "This job gives me that calm that every mother needs".

Carolina likes to listen to podcasts, read, crochet, and make crafts. She loves to expand her knowledge about working with children as well as about how to live a happier life for herself. She loves spending time with her children as a family.

Carolina plans to continue working and studying to foster greater personal and professional experiences in herself and advance within her profession.
